Christmas is long gone, January blues flew by and Easter has just finished. Next stop, Summer. It’s apparent it’s that time of year again, with retailers stocking monokinis and we see more beautiful women in bikinis on our Instagram feed. It’s time to start thinking about our summer bodies again.
In my previous post, I wrote about finding the motivation to eat healthy and exercise again, after big events that involves food (Christmas, Easter, Thanks Giving etc).
I pledged we would get our bikini bodies back and do it together, so here is the first post to help you put down the naughty snacks and swap them for ones that will help you achieve the body you want. Whatever your goals are, you can achieve them with simple easy food swaps. Now put down the leftover Easter chocolate!
I’m not a nutritionist or personal trainer but I do know what works as I’ve tried so many diets/tricks etc. I’ve always struggled with my weight so I understand what it takes to lose it and keep it off. From experience I know what snacks i need to eat to help me get the body I want. If you’re like me and sugar is your downfall then these snacks are perfect alternatives to help you strip the fat and achieve the body you want this Summer.
Find the motivation this Monday and visualise your bikini body when you pick up that chocolate bar.
What’s your goal this year? Do you have any snack alternatives you would like to share? Please leave a comment below or tweet me!
